(Translated by Google) Kungfu Noodles was an incredible discovery. The cuisine is a blend of different Asian influences (mainly Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese, I believe, but I could be mistaken), bursting with flavors and colors. It would be helpful to include the origin and history of the dishes on the menu to enrich our culinary knowledge. The noodles are exceptional, probably because they're so fresh. The staff is pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. The decor evokes mid-20th-century China, adding to the feeling of being transported to another world. In short, as you can tell, I'll be back. And I suspect I won't be the only one at our table who feels that way.
